Stop the Press – Extensions to Covid-related insolvency restrictions under CIGA 2020
The Government yesterday brought into force a new statutory instrument to extend the operation of several key Covid-related restrictions and measures that were enacted in the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (“CIGA 2020”). These were due to expire next Wednesday 30.9.20, but will now expire on one of three new dates.
