Called to the Bar in 2007, Abha brings considerable advisory and advocacy experience with an expertise in traditional chancery work. Abha undertakes instructions in wills, trusts and probate; professional negligence; partnership/LLP matters, and growing her emerging practice in commercial and insolvency.
Abha has successfully acted on behalf claimants, mounted robust defences on behalf of defendants, and negotiated dozens of settlements to the advantage of her clients. Abha particularly enjoys getting to understand the client’s concerns and the outcome they seek, so that an acceptable resolution can be more promptly achieved.
